Ashok Kamte, Hemant Karkare, Vijay Salaskar, Tukaram Omble and the rest
They were with us till only a few years ago. They are but memories
today, framed as photographs on mantles and embedded in our hearts. We
continue to shed tears as we remember them. For the loss is ours. At the
same time life has gone on for us, their friends, their families and
most of all, the next generation, their children. We will have learned
to smile again so that we do not disappoint them, our loved ones in
heaven. The most important aspect is the progress of the next
generation. They are doing well. God Bless them.
